I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with Music Therapist Accreditation (MTA) offering Music-Centered Psychotherapy to individuals and groups. I have extensive experience working with all ages and a variety of diagnoses and populations. With piano, guitar and voice as my primary instruments, I facilitate vocal/instrumental improvisation, song-writing, performance, listening and lyric analysis in sessions to promote mental health, emotional healing and general well-being.
Online sessions are being offered on various platforms in accordance with privacy guidelines as set out by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and PIPEDA.
